We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Lashcarame, however due to hygiene reasons with cosmetics and cosmetics accessories, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
In order for a beauty item to be eligible for return it must be unopened, unused in a resalable condition. This includes the original packaging and product seals.
If you receive a faulty item however, you may return this to us within 7 days for a refund.
To apply for a refund for faulty items, please contact us via email at Info@lashcarame.com.au and send us clear photos of the damage or fault. (Note the products must be in the same condition they were received and not tampered with).
Once your return item/s is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome of your return.
If your return is approved, you will be contacted and notified of the options available to you which are a refund, credit note or replacement.
If you select a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Note we reserve the right to reject returns which are not in the original condition in which they were received.
