Spend $60 or more:	FREE!

We pack and dispatch all orders on the same day they are received as long as the order is received by 2pm AEST time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details of your order.

Standard Shipping is sent with Australia Post with tracking and arrives in 2-3 business days for most locations in Australia, or 7-8 business days for WA or Rural areas*.

Express Shipping within Australia:

Spend $0 - $60:	$12.99
Spend $60 or more:	$5.99

International Shipping:

International standard shipping is sent with Australia Post with tracking and arrives in 7-12 business days* on average to most countries, however depending on your destination country it may be longer than this. All prices below are in AUD.

Order Dispatch Times

We usually pack and dispatch all orders on the same day they are received as long as the order is received by 2pm AEST time. During busy or sale periods however, we may take up to 48 hours to dispatch your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details of your order.

Order Tracking

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order by clicking the link in the email.

Public Holidays and Weekends

Shipping days do not include public holidays or weekends.

Delays Caused by External Factors
Whilst we strive to pack and send out your order on the same day (or next business day if ordered after 12pm or on a weekend), please note from time to time there may be delays caused by external factors such as Australia Post, pandemics, natural disasters or any other reasons. Sit tight sis, we will always do everything we can to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible!

Customs and Duty charges

Deliveries to countries outside Australia may incur customs or import taxes, handling fees or other fees out of our control. This will depend on the country your delivery is going to, however we will always do our best to ensure the amount of tax or other fees you are charged is as little as possible.

International Orders

We do not currently ship orders to PO or APO boxes via international postage at this time.
